The Felpro 1007 gaskets have the wire (not really a wire, more like a raised circular lump of metal
) built in. Just put 'em on like stockers. You can get them from Summit, part number Fpp-1007.
It's very important the heads be machined perfectly. Not every machinist can do it. I would recommend Dan Strezo, of DLS Engine out of Wheatfield, Illinois.
