Street to Street/Strip? Use a 109 block. You can sometimes pick one up at a junk yard. They were used as Goodwrench replacement motors. You would be better off using the stock crank with rolled fillets on all journals. If you can't find one, then the Eagle Crank would be the next best choice, but a little more pricey, and requires more work and parts. After that would be the Stage II motors, or the TA aluminum block. Alot more money. FWD motors?? Nope. Completely different animal. Aside from displacement, they don't share much.
