Best of luck from FDNY . Me !  Start working out if you havent . I didnt work out before the fire academy from 5 years as a cop sitting or standing around . I made it but being in shape is a huge plus . Im ok now after 5yrs + of working out, im fairly jacked , i just hate cardio still and only do weights but its still better than being on the couch in the firehouse eating a crumbcake  hey also a shout out to my Brother firefighters out there on the board , thanks for the support coming to N.Y for Funerals and stuff .
