For What Its Worth: This time in the quarter mile is right in the middle of the high and low "reports" in performance magazines of the day (1989) and is probably typical for an all original "stock" TTA, "With the factory air still in the tires", Russ said

Russ Salerno bought my car with 19 miles on the odometer in 1995, and enjoyed the car to its fullest. He reports that, in entirely stock form, the car ran a best of 13.6 in the quater mile.

He went on to report that with a stealth AFPR, Ta-49, test pipe (for the track), 160 degree thermostat, throttle body bypass plugs, voltage booster, Xp fuel pump, K&N air filter, Ultra flow muffler, engine tie down strap, and Thrasher, the car did 12.4 @ 109....
