98 regal gs rear pass wheel wobble

i dont know what the problem is yet but i will be pulling off wheel tomorrow. i get people pulling on side of me saying that my wheel is wobbling??? i checked the lugs and there all tight so does anyone have a clue before i check it out tomorrow????

I dont know what the issue may be but I have one chrome wheel available if you end up needing a wheel. LMK

ABS light on? Could be a failed wheel bearing or a shifted belt in tire. Do you feel it while you are driving?
