The wire and spring....most any aftermarket steering wheel adapter comes with one, but you could probably hit up the local boneyard and "steal" one for free. The boneyard workers probably wouldn't even care. I believe almost all GM w/o airbags are the same.
FWIW I took the Grant steering wheel off my old Regal and put it on my Nova, I reused the original spring and wire supplied with the steering wheel kit, it fits both cars.
