I think your memory is corrupted with your absolute hatred for President Bush.
You conveniently forget the weather forecasts, the warnings to leave the area, the rows of buses that were left parked, the local residents not doing anything for themselves and demanding outside help, the looting, the murders, the local goverment collapsing, the state government collapsing and then the media and those responsible for the fiasco deciding since they hated President Bush, it was all his fault.
