DFW use E10 during Ozone months and my mileage drops about 10% in my Neon: 32-33 mpg to 29 mpg. You will most definately notice it if you closely track your gas mileage.
I don't run the AC in the summer (my work is freezing so I use the 17 mile drive to thaw out) so I know the mileage difference purely from the fuel.
