If you lose/bad connection on the black.. you will see +5(in your case 4.9) on the green wire.
Jump a ground to the black wire on the 3 bar.. bet your problem goes away. And connections to the MAP sensor are CRITICAL. So dont do questionable connections

Any ideas where this case may be? My Grounds behind the Block are new.
I am wondering if the connections on the Casper Jumper are not good!!
And is it normal that their is a Red Light always lit on the Casper`s Jumper box with the Ignition Key OFF?
