+2.. your MAP sensor has three wires. Gray, green, and black.

Gray is +5
Green is signal
Black is ground.

If you lose/bad connection on the black.. you will see +5(in your case 4.9) on the green wire.

Jump a ground to the black wire on the 3 bar.. bet your problem goes away. And connections to the MAP sensor are CRITICAL. So dont do questionable connections
