I would be speculating on how high the MAT temps would be with that much HP. The turbo outlet temps will be the similar providing the boost is about the same, just the amount of air to deal with in a shorter time will be significantly more so I doubt it will be very effective at 1700, probably the same results we saw with Jacks front mount I/C, the graph will look like a mountain instead of a relatively flat line like it should be.
The biggest concern of mine will be the pressure drop.
