If he can drive I think you'll be in trouble. He's 288 at the wheels that's over 300 at the crank. That's enough to be mid-low 13's in a light stang. Your Chevelle is probably no lightweight. With a boost increase the power may be close but with a peg leg and street tires it will really come down to your driving skills. Practice your leave and on race day fill it up with race gas, dial in some boost, leave like you practiced, let the extra boost help on the top end, and pray that he spins and can't drive.
