TV news is lame. the internet is the way to go. i prefer drudgereport.com -- straight links to the real stories from the sources -- not sound-byted video clips and stories filtered through some anchorman. also, no lame filler stories when there is no real news. and, of course, it is very timely and is usually one of the first places to break the big news.
of course, even with the source stories, there will be bias. you have to learn to discriminate between what is fact and what is opinion.
