Trying to think what may have happened while taking the dash apart to grease that speedometer cable(something that I need to do also).... Of course the first thing that comes to mind, is that one of the vaccuum lines is leaking or not hooked back up(I don't think that you have a vaccuum line in the dash). I have a bad habit of going a little to fast when I re-assemble stuff and forgetting to hook something simple up. If it was me, I would have another close look at every vaccuum line. I put a zip tie at every single hose connection and it seems to idle better. And for now turn the boost down with the adjustable rod on the wastegate if you have one. Hope this helps,
