Hi,
Yeah, I keep hearing about flat tappet problems with aftermarket cams, like wiped out no.3 exhaust lobes. I guess I would have to defer to those with more experience, and say to go roller. I understand a stock cam will take you into the low 11s or better with the right setup.You have head work, a big turbo and lots of injector, try mild. Isn't that converter a hassle, or do you run it on the street much? My Kurtz red stripe is 12", only 2800 stall. TCC is messed up, and I miss the lockup. I'm totally street, the car never sees the strip. It's agravating to see all that slip in 4th. I guess emissions are not a factor for you, huh?
