How much do you want to spend ?? Because SpoolFool's are black gelcoated . Many say they are that good and don't need painting . Are you going to Bowling Green , might be some used there .

Do you have a smoke machine ?? I use one to find any and all exhaust & intake leaks . There may be more that you just are not seeing , as in gasket & slip joint connections . Also on the intake side there are a million places for leaks that are not obvious , but the smoke will show it .

I've heard about having to massage it to fit ...not a problem . As far as bending it probably could be modded to give it more stiffness . It wouldn't be the first part I had to modify .

I use a smoke machine to check for exhaust / intake leaks periodically and the HKS blow off valve has been rock solid with zero leaks since 2009 when I got the car .

Starting on the new tune Saturday , so may be we'll have some info to share by Saturday evening .

LOL , Tim I meant the OP . The E85 here in up state NY is pretty consistent and easy to make power with it . My car is with Mr Spool right now getting a updated tune for the new hubless turbo .
